The two year partnership between Ulinzi Stars Football Club and betting franchise Elitebet has come to an end.

Curtains to the deal entered at the start of 2017 came down at the close of January 2019, with the clash against Kakamega Homeboyz signaling the last time the team would clad Elitebet branded kit.

In his statement confirming the same, club chairman Lt Col Erick Oloo passed his gratitude for the support offered by the company, terming it a good run that has seen much growth at the club and he wished the betting firm all the best.

“We would like to confirm the end of our partnership with betting franchise, Elitebet.

“It has been a good run in the past two years as the partnership has aided Ulinzi Stars as a family and as a club grow from strength to strength and it is our hope that the benefits have also been realized on the other end.

“While we part ways at this point in time, it is our topmost wish that the company continues growing, as well as furthering its strategy for Kenyan football. We wish Elitebet the best and hope our paths do cross once again in future,” he said.
