Head coach Dunstan Nyaudo is hoping the team can carry on with the fine run when league action resumes
Normal program at the team will resume on Monday 10th September with the players set to start preparations for the Wazito FC game after an eight – day layoff due to the international break.
Head coach Dunstan Nyaudo has confirmed that part of the team’s program in the period will be two friendly matches in midweek but a gym session will come first as they start preparations.
Ahead of the break, the team had registered three straight wins – two in the Kenyan Premier League and one in the SportPesa Shield and the coach hopes to see the fine run extend into the 31st week of action.
“The boys have been playing a lot of matches lately and we thought it wise to give them a break now that there are no matches this weekend. Normal program resumes on Monday with gym session then on Wednesday and Thursday we will have training matches.
“After that we will try and address the areas we are short and sharpen well for the Sunday game,” he stated.
The Wazito game, a home game for Ulinzi Stars will be staged at the Kericho Green Stadium.
