Moses Mwangi will get his first ever appearance for Ulinzi Stars when head coach Benjamin Nyangweso sends out his troops for the Sunday 2 June Kenyan Premier League (KPL) match against Mount Kenya United at the Afraha Stadium.
The midfielder, a member of the title winning Ulinzi Stars U20 team in April 2016 joined the senior side in the midseason transfer window and head coach Nyangweso has handed him a starting berth in this rescheduled game.
The match against Mount Kenya United was rescheduled after initially being planned for Wednesday 29th May.
In the Sunday game Timothy Odhiambo is also handed a start and will operate with a defence line that has Brian Birgen, Harun Mwale, Bonaventure Muchika and Hassan Mohamed, who will don the armband, with James Saruni benched.
Boniface Okinyi will provide the defensive shield in midfield with the impressive Churchill Muloma who has scored in the last two matches once again deployed in midfield.
Enosh Ochieng will be hoping to score a couple of goals at the least, as he goes for the Golden Boot gong and he has been named in an attack line that also has Oscar Wamalwa, with Elvis Nandwa adding the punch.
