Players warm up before the game against Posta Rangers at Afraha Stadium earlier in the season.
The Kenyan Premier League (KPL) match against Thika United will be played at the Thika Sub County Stadium and not Kinoru Stadium in Meru as earlier picked by the host side, Thika United.
Earlier, Thika United had acquired permission to host the match in Meru, but a spot check on the facility which has been under renovation for the past couple of years, revealed the pitch is not yet ready for the league match.
The Sunday 1st July clash is scheduled to kick off at 3pm on the day.
Ahead of the game, Ulinzi Stars will be hoping to get back to winning ways after a torrid time out in the last five matches, where the team has picked just two points, in draws with Kakamega Homeboyz and Bandari FC.
In the first leg Thika toured Nakuru and picked a point in a 0 – 0 draw before going on a four match winning run.
