Head coach Dunstan Nyaudo check the time during the game against Zoo FC
Head coach Dunstan Nyaudo will be heading to the seventh week of matches in the Kenyan Premier League (KPL) banking on the recent rise the team has had and home advantage to lift the side past Posta Rangers, his side’s opponents for the Sunday 18th March league game.
The coach has a number of players coming back to the team, including midfielder Enosh Ochieng who has been out for the last month with a metatarsal injury as well as Mohamed Rio Hassan who limped out of the win over Kakamega Homeboyz in the last game.
He is happy to have the two back, providing a variety to choose from and though he expects a tough match from Posta Rangers, he is confident his players will give a good game.
“Rio is back fully and fit for the game, same as Enosh, which is good for us. It gives me a variety to choose from and as a coach I am happy to have options. As we go to the game, the preparations have been good and like always we will be gunning for three points.
“Rangers is a good team and they are definitely going to give us a tough match. At the moment they are not doing well but we all know they are just wounded lions. We will have to be alert and cautious in the game,” he said.
